I always tried to “follow the rules”; ie…be nice to others and they will be nice to you…but I was being nice to others but they weren’t always being nice back to me! I found that just being a “Good Catholic”, was not fulfilling or getting me the love and life I desired. So, when I moved away after breaking off an engagement in my late 20’s, I decided to explore other faiths, spirituality and PLENTY of self help(especially because of my ex-fiance. This exploration shed a new light and perspective on life but didn’t really change my life all that much. It didn’t really change much until I went through what is called, The Dark Night of the Soul, and was forced to go within and confront all of my repressed emotions that I have been burying inside for all of my life, how I thought the world worked, and my belief systems. I used a few, different modalities to change my thought patterns and negative emotions with some success but the most successful modality I used was, EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique). I started clearing deep emotions I never knew were within me and healing physical conditions, such as very bad acne!! That was about 10, years ago and I still use, EFT, almost daily to clear almost anything and you can to! I am so impressed with the results of this practice that I became a, Certified EFT Practitioner.
